This is a personal message from Sophie Lee, webmaster of IBS Tales. I need your help.

I've run IBS Tales alone since 2003, and while it has been very rewarding, it has also been tough. All of the technical aspects of running a website - fighting spam, dealing with rankings, fighting hackers, writing and correcting code - are never really seen by visitors, but take up a huge amount of time.

I receive over 150 emails each week, and they are often from people who are in a lot of pain and who are crying out for support. I try to support them in any way I can, but it's not easy.

So that's why I'm asking for your help. If you believe that IBS Tales is a decent website, if it has helped you in any way, then please give a little something back. Thank you for your help!

There are a number of different ways you can help. Please do all that you can if you believe that this site is worthwhile. If you are able to help, please let me know so I can thank you personally for your support.
